Stamina Herb Tea

Despite not recognizing many of the ingredients that sound more like spell components or character names — wolfberry? eleuthero? astragalus? — the green tea is delicious, with a hint of jasmine scent and flavor that's gentle and appealing. I can usually get at least 2 full flavor cups from each tea bag, especially if I drink quickly and the tea bag doesn't get too cold. (Weird, I know, go with me here.) 20 individually wrapped tea bags come in each box, so a nice supply. I've enjoyed every tea I tried from this company. I can't speak to the purported stamina health benefit, but the tea's delightful and I'll relish every sip.

This Health King Stamina Herb Tea is really nice. It's got some great herbs in there, like panax ginseng. I love the hint of jasmine which makes it taste so yummy! This tea claims to provide "energy and relaxation", which in my mind are kind of opposite things? I can't really say if it provides either. It has green tea leaf in it, so I'm assuming it has caffeine. That along with the ginseng should give you energy. And I just find that drinking a nice hot cup of tea is, in itself, relaxing. I really like this tea, and I definitely recommend it if you enjoy a nice mild tasting tea with a hint of jasmine flavor and some healthful herbs. It's also a good value and comes packaged nicely, with the tea bags individually packaged for freshness.

This stamina herb tea comes in 20 individual pack. I drink every night before bedtime. It smells a bit like jasmine flower. I initially don't like it but later on felt good to drink.
